About Us

This web site was originally developed to meet a specific need: Offering professional independent insurance agents a tool to quote and underwrite Mobile Home Insurance. The site was developed as a place that Agents (registered users) could submit a request for a quote and have easy access to the quote and an underwriter.

As use of the site grows, additional products will be added. A brief list is as follows:
  • Mobile Home (Standard Programs and Hard to Place – Claims, Credit Problems)
  • Dwellings (Standard Fire & EC and Hard to Place – Claims, Credit Problems)
  • Homeowners (Standard HO-3, HO-8, Modified HO and Hard to Place – Claims, Credit Problems)
  • Rental Properties
  • Seasonal Properties
As additional products are added they will be offered to registered users of this site.

How does it work?:
  • Professional Independent Insurance Agents fill out contact info and submit to become a registered user.
  • Registered Users receive a Login and Password that give them access to their own “Agents Home Page”.
  • Each Agents Home Page is set-up with the specific information for each specific Registered User.
  • Registered Users then have access to enter quotes, submit quotes, and receive one or more quotes on each submittal.
  • All entered quotes are stored on the Agents Home Page. They are available to be printed or retrieved later. In some cases the original information can be merged into an application and printed from the Agents Home Page to a local printer. The neatly printed application may be completed and signed by the Applicant and submitted for binding.
  • Quote look-up is available on the Agents Home Page to search for stored quotes.
  • Agents Home Page has e-mail links to Underwriting/Accounting/Marketing.
  • Agents Home Page has Underwriting Guidelines, applications, and miscellaneous forms that are available for viewing or printing to a local printer.
